God's Happiness is yours happiness
No matter what is going on in life, our mind holds a belief that everything will be fine and everything will be taken care of by God. By saying it daily and practicing it, we train our mind to believe that someone has our back.
Although God may not exist in a physical form, in the form we pray, you will never see Krishn, Ram, Shiv but our thought process gives us strength and helps us rise above whatever situation we are in. And that thought process which get us out of the situation can be termed as “God.”
Whatever seems unexplained or miraculous to us, we call it God.There are things beyond our control. As human beings, there are only a few things we can truly control. We can’t control death. We have no control over the past.We have zero control over the future. The only thing we can control is the present moment — and even that control is limited. If we have certain habits formed in the past, they often influence our present unless we have a strong reason or willpower to change them.
The situation may be overwhelming if things happen in our life , we will either be happy or will be Sad, depends on the situation. If we are happy well and good, if we are sad ? Then all " believer" runs towards God, to get his grace to get out of the situation. But what my understanding says happiness and sadness are truly in our hands to some extent. Or in a another way we can say how we react is in our hand.
God helps us by giving us the strength to overcome what we face, or the peace to enjoy what we already have. So if we see it on physical level, or if we see it from third-men perspective, it is us who is overcoming the situation, it is us being happy. So God's physical presence means our body itself. What I meant to say is , Tomorrow if I overcome some crucial situation in my life, people will say Raghupati have got out of this situation. On Physical level we are representative of what God is doing within us.
To make ourselves happy or peaceful we pray to God to have his grace. But what we fail to understand is that God can only help us by being inside us — or by taking the physical form of us.
So, making yourself happy, keeping the effort to make yourself peaceful without hurting anyone,is equivalent to praying to God, putting in effort to chant His name, or doing puja to make Him happy.
Now, when we speak about praying to God, chanting His name, or performing any kind of puja —
if that gives you peace and happiness, then you must do it. Or you can do it other way around by keeping yourself peaceful, calm and good.
Whatever makes you happy — as long as it doesn’t hurt anyone —
is equivalent to worshipping God.
Next time you feel hurt, remember — you are hurting God within you,
and when you hurt yourself, you distance yourself from His grace.
The best way to pray to God is to make yourself happy.
In other words, in the physical world, it is we who help ourselves —
or we can say that God, who resides within us, helps us through our own actions.
That is why, in Sanatan Dharma, we say “Aham Brahmasmi” — I am Brahma.
Making ourselves feel good and happy is an art in itself. That is a separate discussion. But the core idea is acceptance. My best friend says "If you have a solution to a problem, just solve it, but if it is out of your control and you cannot do anything about it, just divert your mind to the another thing, because something that you can't control is waste of time and unnecessarily a home for stress" this is not escapism this living in practicality.
All I want to say is, if God resides within us, then when we help ourselves to feel good to be good, it is indeed God within us who is helping
